Nick Finlayson – Managing Director, Innovo Technology Solutions
Nick is the Managing Director with Innovo Technology Solutions. In his role, Nick is accountable for all facets of the organisation, in particular with focus on Business Development, Sales and Marketing, as well as ensuring best of breed delivery solutions and outcomes for clients and partners.
With over 20 years’ experience in the technology sector, he is in particular interested in driving the utilisation of technology, in particular automation, to enable business driven outcomes, and is a big believer in that for every problem a solution exists – particularly in cutting edge technologies and utilisation of tech in different and unexpected ways do drive outcomes.
Nick is no stranger to I.T, having spent 5 years as V.P. at Capgemini, growing this business from a $15m revenue base to that of one with personnel headcount of over 500 personnel and revenue in excess of $110M.
He also operated as the Director of Sales & Marketing & Head of Asia Pacific for Graham Technologies, where he established their business presence in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, as well as worked in a management capacity at Packard Bell NEC, and as the Head of Sales for NuSolutions.
Nick specialises in I.T., in particular Quality Engineering, Intelligent Automation and I.T Modernisation (Cloud & Digital), and has successfully served a range of clients, including ANZ Bank, Lend Lease, and CBA amongst others.
Through Innovo Technology Solutions, Nick has overseen the design and creation of a wide range of service offerings, including CDR Intelligent Automation conformance, Quality Engineering & Test, I.T. Modernisation practices, and developed a strong partnership with UiPath.
With Nicks varied background in I.T., and previous experience with leading organisations such as Capgemini & Innovo, this has provided the perfect foundation for the capabilities, offerings and delivery excellence current experienced by Innovo clients and partners.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Business, Brunel University – London, and has multiple qualifications including Presentation Skills (NIDA), Media Training, and numerous Sales & Marketing courses.
